To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a legally incorporated business entity, provide accurate registration information, and comply with all applicable Indian laws including RBI guidelines.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@envelopepay.com of any unauthorised access.
Use of our payment processing services is subject to transaction fees as specified in your service agreement. All fees exclude applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
You agree not to use our Services for illegal activities, money laundering, fraudulent transactions, circumventing KYC/AML checks, or reverse engineering our platform.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and APIs provided by EnvelopePay are the exclusive intellectual property of FORT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our Services for your business operations only.
We are committed to protecting your data with end-to-end encryption, PCI-DSS compliance, no sale of personal data to third parties, and full data localisation in compliance with Indian data protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnvelopePay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with 14 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
